Pokhara, 28 Chait/ Highground Adventure, a leading adventure service provider, has introduced Shower Bungee in Pokhara. Known for its array of thrilling sports services such as bungee jumping, ziplining, and swinging in Pokhara 25 Hemja, the company has expanded its offerings with an additional investment of approximately 50 million rupees.
Dinesh Maharjan, the managing director of the company, announced that this marks the first-ever introduction of Shower Bungee in Nepal. He expressed confidence that Shower Bungee will be a captivating attraction for tourists seeking adventure.
Domestic and international tourists eager to experience Shower Bungee will be treated to a unique adventure at the water fountain. After leaping from a height of 82 meters during the bungee jump, participants will revel in the refreshing water fountain below.
Those interested in experiencing Shower Bungee will be charged a fee of 6,500 rupees, which includes two-way transportation from Lakeside to Hemja, as well as photographs, videos, and commemorative t-shirts. Notable investors in the venture include Sharad Golcha, Bharat Golcha, and Abhinav Churiwal, in addition to Maharjan.
Highground Adventures Nepal has been catering to adventurers in Pokhara since 2012, with a total investment of 500 million rupees in adventure sports. The company anticipates accommodating approximately 60 tourists per day for the Shower Bungee experience. Plans are underway to further expand investment in adventure tourism in the near future.
Inaugurating the Shower Bungee, Pokhara Tourism Council Chairman Pomanaran Shrestha expressed optimism that it will contribute to the growth of adventure tourism in Pokhara.
