Bindhyabashini School and Motherland School in Kaski District Lead in Educational Excellence

Pokhara, February 12th: Following the announcement of the SEE examination 2079 results, Bindhyabasini School in Pokhara’s Batulechaur Ward 16 and Motherland School in Pokhara’s Ward 7, have achieved top positions in the community school category. These schools also mark a significant achievement as the leading institutions within Pokhara Metropolitan Municipality.

The criteria for determining the best school is based on the evaluation of the average GPA results obtained in SEE, with a requirement of over 50 examinees participating.

Among community schools in Kaski district, Bindhyabashini School secured the top spot with an impressive GPA of 3.178 percent, with 79 students participating in the SEE exams of 2079.

In addition, Amarsingh M.A. School secured second place in Kaski district with a GPA of 3.079 percent, with 232 students participating. Sitaladevi M.A. School secured third place with a GPA of 3.065 percent, and Bhurjungkhola’s Machhapuchhre M.A. School secured fourth place with a GPA of 2.952 percent.

Similarly, in the institutional schools category, Motherland Mavi Masbar School clinched the top position in Kaski district with an impressive GPA of 3.477 percent, with 151 students enrolled. Following closely behind, Shisu Niketan Boarding Biruta secured second place with a GPA of 3.459 percent, Gandaki Boarding Lamachaur secured third place with a GPA of 3.419 percent, and Kef School Simpani secured fourth place with a GPA of 3.362 percent, respectively. This information was provided by the Education Development and Coordination Unit Kaski.

On Saturday, Pokhara Metropolitan Municipality recognized and honored Bindhyabashini School and Motherland Mavi School for their outstanding performance in the community and institutional sectors, respectively. Additionally, Motherland Mavi School felicitated three students from across the country who excelled in class 12th.

During the SEE ceremony, two students from Motherland School and one student from Fishtel Academy, who achieved a GPA of 4, were honored. Furthermore, eight students from Motherland School who achieved a GPA of 4 in class 8 were also recognized and rewarded by Mayor Dhanraj Acharya of Pokhara. On the same occasion, teachers who have dedicated over 25 years of service in various schools of Pokhara were honored with long service medals.
